Amato provided a wealth of knowledge with good command of facts and historical information. He was on top of the group and was able to direct all the activities and kept us on track. Giuliano made the ride seamless and comfortable. Well done guys! One thing to improve is the availability of the toilet on board which was locked and made the ride a little stressful. “The trip to Lake Garda was wonderful! Our guide, Valeria was kind and caring and very informative. She gave us a great deal of flexibility in what we wanted to do. A 90n minute train ride from Milan Central Station brought us the lovely town of Desenzano on Lake Garda. After exploring the town we took the ferry to the island of Simione and explored the village and had a lovely lunch at the Guide Michelin-starred restaurant La Speranzina. I highly recommend this trip!”
