“After traveling through heavy Milan rush hour traffic to arrive at the meet up location, no one was present to meet for this class. We ended up walking in to try and track down where we were supposed to be and were denied entry because we were late. No aprons and cooking utensils, soft drinks, no unlimited wine, no booklet recipes, we got nothing. Asked for a refund and was denied. The chef could have admitted us to the gelato portion of this class and let us observe Pizza making, but we were denied everything. Cannot recommend for the complete lack of accomodation. Will be sure to charge back this…”
